Greg is a licensed Kentucky Real Estate Broker with more than 18 years of Property Management experience.
As the Broker for Executive Group Property Management, Greg takes great pride in serving real estate investors and rental property owners. His in-depth knowledge of real estate markets and Property Management principles allows him to assist his clients with confidence and ease.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys playing outside with his grandchildren, watching college football, and hanging out with his dogs.
Adam Updegraff
Property Manager - REALTOR®
Adam has over 12 years of Property Management experience which allows him a unique perspective when working with property owners, buyers, and sellers. Adam is known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and bringing significant value to the clients, residents, and communities he serves. He is an effective problem solver, well suited for taking on the difficult challenges that come along with owning rental property.
Adam works directly with property owners on a wide array of property related issues. He strives to consistently exceed his clients' expectations.
When not at work, Adam enjoys hanging out with his wife and two boys, Crossfit, kayaking, and watching baseball, football, & UFC.
Paige Updegraff
Director of Finance & Marketing
With over 10 years in Office Administration, Paige's personal experience with customers, as well as professional knowledge in these fields, has led to her success and continued customers satisfaction.
Her commitment to a hands-on approach provides a personal touch in which she takes responsibility in delivering excellence and service to our tenants and owners.
On her days off, Paige enjoys hanging out with her family, walking her dogs, Crossfit, and baking.
Savannah
Maintenance & Front Office Coordinator
Savannah joined the Executive Group Property Management team back in 2015. She enjoys working with a close-knit team, collaborating on how to best support the community, and is a contributing member of this growing company!
As the first point of contact for all tenants and owners, Savannah is an essential part of our team.
Outside of work, Savannah enjoys shopping, spending time with her family, and just relaxing.
Chuck
Leasing Agent
As a seasoned Leasing Agent and previous maintenance technician, Chuck's extensive knowledge of the local area enables him to guide customers in the right direction, helping them find the perfect property to call home.
Chuck is a trusted advisor for tenants and our Executive Group Team.
During his off days, Chuck enjoys collecting sports memorabilia, hanging out with his wife and kids, and spending time outdoors.
